Presentation skills programmes
Experiential presentation skills training is delivered in-house or on a public basis. We use video to record live delegate presentations followed by playback and feedback. Delegates receive a workbook on course. We include the option to receive DVD's of delegate presentations, professionally edited, afterwards. We also offer assessment.

This entry level presentation skills programme is for delegates who have attended training but had limited opportunities to put the training into effect, or have never attended presentation skills training before. The programme includes both theory and implementation. The latter is broken down into preparation, practice, feedback and evaluation. Delegates who have the opportunity to present soon after the programme show immediate improvement. This programme is offered in-house or as a public course in some locations.
Delegates receive a professionally edited audio visual CD of their on-course presentations.

Presentation Skills Executive Masterclass - 2 or 3 days

This two day intensive presentation skills programme is for experienced presenters, senior management or executive level delegates who have experience at presenting but want to refine their skills and address specific areas of delivery and preparation. The programme turns good presenters into brilliant ones. Follow up is usually done via executive coaching sessions. This programme is offered on demand in-house.

Assessment against a registered unit standard is available. It is ideally conducted 8 to 12 weeks after initial training. Formative and summative assessment is offered (South African Qualifications Authority). Delegates can be involved in peer and self assessment to add an advanced learning component to Assessment Day.

Present With Confidence seminar - 1 day

This is a crash course in presenting - usually offered as a public programme. It is ideal for people who wish to brush up on their presentation skills, but can not afford the time to attend the full 2 or 3 day programme. The morning consists of a theory component, whilst one videoed presentation is delivered per delegate in the afternoon. This seminar is evaluated and feedback given. This is not recommended for beginners who ideally need more comprehensive coaching via a 2 or 3 day programme.
